About Us

We are a long established, family run independent Small Animal Veterinary Surgery in Bolton, Greater Manchester, providing preventative and healthcare treatments for domestic pets throughout Bolton and North Manchester. We pride ourselves on our quality of service, value and advice.

There has been a veterinary surgery on this site in Bolton since the 1960's. Over the years it has seen many changes to keep up with the changing techniques of veterinary medicine and the expectations of pet owners.
Stuart and Lisa Edwards are the 4th owners and took over the practice in 2006. Since then we have invested in the onsite facilities and equipment, and the skills and education of the staff, to continually provide the best medicine we can to our patients.

Services

Family run friendly and progressive veterinary surgery offering a full range of services and great value in an easily accessable locations with our own client parking. We provide care for most domestic pet species. We can provided direct insurance claims where evidence of cover is provided.

We have achieved Tier two Royal Collage of Veterinary Surgeons approved practice - the highest we can apply for. All vets are members of the Royal Collage of Veterinary Surgeons, the British Veterinary Association and the British Small Animal Veterinary Association

The practice has 3 primary aims:

To advise clients of best practice in preventative healthcare, to protect both the pet and the family in which they live.
To offer the best and most appropriate medical care available should investigation or treatment be necessary, referring to regional specialists should it be in the patients' best interests.
To ensure our customer service is always second to none.
