Bad Service and Attitude
I bought a KGB deals voucher for treatments at the salon. The voucher expires on 17/01/13. There was no information stating that only a certain number of vouchers were going to be honoured and nothing to say bookings had to be made by a certain date. I tried to book today, spoke to the manager who was very rude and arrogant. He told me they were fully booked and they would not honour my valid voucher. I would avoid at all costs as they are unprofessional and do not honour purchases made. I would give no stars but it wouldn't allow me to.

Brilliant
Steven coloured and cut my hair. It was the best hair do ive had. So easy to manage and my hair falls into place. I am returning already booked an appointment for next month. Christine

I would recommend anyone to go to Steven for a haircut/style/colour. I wouldn't go anywhere else, Steven has done my colour many times, cut and extensions. He's always coming up with something innovative for my hair! There's always a fun and friendly vibe :) definately would recommend!

Simpley the best :)
First impression when entering salon lovely friendly staff and modern salon that was nicely decorated and very clean and tidy.Staff lovely and make you feel at home and offer you drinks the capichino is delisous.I had my hair highlighted and cut by Steven and he greated me with a welcoming smile and gave me a consultaion and gave some good advice and the colour and cut produced is outstanding i love it its the best cut and colour i ve had.I will go again as its the best colour and cut i ve ever been given :)

Fabulous!
Is delighted with my new hairdo. Highly recommend The Cutting Room in Kearsley, Bolton. 3 hours in salon and look and feel like a new woman. No exaggeration. Steven and Natalie are great.

Great salon!!!!!!
Hi all I have followed Steven from salon to salon over 4 years now believe me great hairdresser. He gets to know your hair and his advice is second to none with colour and cut believe me he knows what ur hair needs and what's suits you best. Trust his advice I did otherwise wouldn't have followed him all Over Manchester. Highly recommended. Give him a try and you will go back five star in my eyes .

hI was disgusted to read a review recently on the cutting room and Steven.How dare they make these vindictive remarks.I was a bit reluctant to go to this salon as i had gone to the previous owner and not very happy with it.After the salon had been open a few weeks by Steven i went in for advice on colours as i had always had my hair bleached.Steven was brilliant advised me on the best treatments and colours to have which dont contain bleach.I returned for the 1st time and came home with a brand new look i was delighted.This guy is professional polite and very amusing its a pleasure to go.So to anyone who read those sick remarks please ignore them.Also if the person who wrote the nasty review why didnt you identify yourself fully that way it would have made your review more believable.To those who read that review just give the salon a go you will definatley return.

100% fantastic
I visited the salon today and found Steven a very pleasant, easy going young man. I am 68 and as my hair is extremely fine sine chemo I was slightly worried. I came out of his salon feeling and looking younger. Steven styled and coloured my hair perfectly........thank you

After many years of looking for a hairdresser who isn't afraid to cut my hair as short as I want it, I have found him!! The new colour I have is fantastic too........very professional service and extremely competetive prices. I have re booked and will continue to return as long as Steven owns it.....

Fantastic Salon
Went here last week and I am so impressed with my new haircut. Steven listened to what I wanted He has styled it into a more trendy style and also left the length as I had wanted. The colour suits me much better than my original straw colour and I have had plenty of positive comments about it. I will definitely return

Fantastic new style !
Having tried many hairdressers I had become slightly disheartened until I tried the Cutting Room ! I was slightly nervous about trying a new style but Steven made me feel very secure and advised me on what would be suitable but still took into account what I wanted. The result was an amazing new style ! I have had numerous compliments and love my new hair ! I have recommended to family and friends and would definatley recommend others to visit also.

FANTASTIC HAIRDRESSER
I went into this hairdressers which is now under new management and came out with a totally different hair style and colour. Steven was fantastic, very polite, well mannered & very funny. The salon itself is very high class with all modern equipment. I will certainly be returning & would highly recommend a visit to this salon.

Have been to cutting room today 1st time with new owner Stephen what a difference.Started my hair straight away no waiting while he chatted to others helped me with a different style also advised me on a different colour altogether which i will be having next week.If your pondering about going dont Stephens great.GET THERE QUICK.

The Cutting Room
Superb refurbishment, definate improvement on what was there before. Steven is very nice, friendly and made you feel welcome. As a hairdresser he was professional and very very good. I have rebooked to come here again and my teenage daughter has had her hair done by Steven and loves it aswell. Have already been recommending to my friends, some of which have been, had their hair done and rebooked!!! Excellent value for Money too!!!

10* Salon, Easily!
I live in Wilmslow and travel with friends too this salon! The owner is incredibly nice and very well experienced in all aspects of hairdressing. We all ask Mr. Austin to do whatever he wants too our hair and always leave very pleased and looking great! The staff are so well mannered and the services are great! As stated easily 10* Salon!

Just what kearsley needs!!
Finally, a modern, well priced salon with everything under one roof!! Steven is by far one of the best hairdressers ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, he listened to what i had to say and took everything into consideration before starting on my hair. The salon looks great in coomparison to what it was before, nice and intimate with a great atmosphere, makes your feel like your really getting a 1 on 1 service as opposed to being next in line to get your hair done. I will definately recommend to anyone looking to change hairdressers and i am looking forward to my next appointment!

new salon Kearsley
The Cutting Room has recently re opened under new management so i tried it after never previously visiting due to the previous dowdy interior and less than helpful staff on the phone. The new Salon looks great with a really nice modern decor. The hairdresser and owner , Steven was very nice, friendly and provided a thorough consultation. It was nice to find a hairdresser who actually listened to what i wanted. I will definitly be returning here and have re booked already.
