Wrong measurements even with me holding one end of the tape so whole plan was out of whack on 2 sides. Needed multiple plans and visits to store to sort this out and mistakes were still made meaning more cost. Still waiting for a loose tap to be fixed 4 months after fitting. Been given multiple appiontment times, that is being told " Someone will definitely come this / next week " Waiting on a definite promise today! However I must say that the fitter Andrew did an excellent, neat job, he worked hard and so our large kitchen was fitted in a week.

They started off friendly and have all the time in the world for you when they want to do business with you, but as soon as you have paid your deposit and signed the contract, they stop answering you calls, claim they have forgotten to include items which had been agreed upon, and then try to get you to pay extra. They promise that the fitters are their own and they are nothing like the 'big commercial places like B&Q etc. who send out subcontractors', however once you read the small print, you will see that they do use subcontracted fitters!! The whole price was finally agreed, however that was not the case, upon delivery and final fitting 2 payments would have to be made. However price agreed is not for everything. There is still additional things that had not been included and still needed to be paid for! Finally, I shall add the measurements he had supposedly taken were incorrect after the deposit had been paid. This was not a minor error, but a major error which therefore altering the entire scale upon which the design had been based upon. So how could that be the same kitchen we had agreed upon and paid for? He then later claimed that a site survey would need to be undertaken and would take another 4 weeks min, prior to the previous statement that once we had paid the deposit, the manufacturing process and fitting would commence.
