placed an order with this online pet shop but after weeks of waiting, no delivery, can't contact them as they won't answer the phone or reply to emails, money down the drain. Found out that their shop is now closed.

took money from many people but have sent no goods, can't contact them, don't reply to email or phone, basically thieves, avoid
