Ordered a house plaque mid Nov, dispatched 12th Nov. Contact 19th Nov as nothing has arrived. Advised it was a royal mail issue but a replacement would be sent. 6th Dec andd i still haven't received anything. There emails are down, the phone number is in correct. I have been messaging through FB since the 27tth November nobody responds. Don't waste your money.
