Fylde Finishes a.k.a The Lancashire Rendering Company. Rendered our bungalow chimney in March 2011 said it would last for decades! Well 20 months later Nov 2012 the render started falling off. The proprietor said that he would re-do it even left a note saying so and apologising. All we have had since are negative promises and excuses. On Fri 12th July the scaffolding was erected. He texted that he would send a labourer to start work in days not weeks. Excellent weather conditions but surprise,surprise 10 days later 22nd July the job still hadn't been started. After 8 months of unfulfilled promises and one excuse after another he was told that we have had enough and to have the scaffolding removed. Guess what that was met with a positive response for the first time.
