rubbish service
I have rung up several times to get an appointment for my 2 and a half yr old, who has just come out of hospital and needed a check up. She only likes one particular doctor. Reception just say there aren't n e more appointments for him. I wouldn't mind but emergency appointments don't go in 10 mins for the doctor. The surgery have no interest of caring for patients and there locums tend to be crap too. If you complain to the surgery manager they just brush it under carpet.

rubbish for working patients
I have been ringing for 2 weeks on the row for a female doctor i keep getting asked to ring tomorrow etc a a bit hard as i work 9 from 3 and i cant speak to a nurse. Rubbish hours and rules regarding appointments. They wont even pre book an appointment.
