Refused items that was delivered through hermes

I had items delivered as it was an option on the website to pick up from shop and I was going to be out and didn't want to miss it. The man was so rude. He refused to give my items as he said he needed to scan a barcode which he did not. He just needed proof of delivery which I had. He refused in assisting me to find the barcode ore give me his postcode and wouldn't answer me when I was talking to him. My partner arrived 2 hours later.. Yes 2 hrs! And he was very helpful answered all his questions and even called a company he thought it was from called click and collect which it was not. In the end he agreed to give my boyfriend my items in exchange for money 😡 even though I shouldn't have to I would have done that in the first 5mins instead of wasting my whole day and causing my anxiety to worsen especially as I'm unwell with anaemia. Was just awful experience
