AVOID AT ALL COSTS

One of my white shirts had been turned blue and had stains all over it by this dry cleaners. Noone mentioned this to me when I collected - NO QUALITY CONTROL. The shirt had previously been cleaned by my usual dry cleaner so I knew it wasn't an issue with the shirt. When I returned with a replacement the woman stated, abruptly, that they would only replace up to £14 as they had spoken to the manufacturer (the replacement shirt was £19.99). I queried because I had to go out of my way to find another shirt and go back to their shop 3 times. The women advised that 'this is what they do' (implying they have this issue of poor quality a lot). After a few minutes, she very aggressively said 'take your £20, I can't be bothered to argue over a fiver'. Overall, avoid this shop at all costs - not only is the service disgusting, the quality of the cleaning is shocking. There are plenty of alternative dry cleaners who are the same cost and offer a much, much better service all round. AVOID!
