this firm took money from my account i never signed any contract and as i have just become unemployed the money they took was a bit of money from DHSS now i have no rent money and no money for food this is so unfair and the hardest part is trying to get in touch woth them

Unauthorised withdrawl from my Bank account
I enquired about a small loan from this Company. As I was unable to afford the fee of £59.00 I did not sign any paperwork to go ahead. wentworth still took the funds from my Account , illeagally without my permission. I have tried to telephone on many occasions but the phone just rings and rings with no answer. There have been no replies to my emails. I have read many complaints on the web about this Company doing this to many others. As I rely on Benefits this has been an absolute blow to my finacial situation and left me without food money for the Children.
