Avoid renting with these people

Dreadful! I was a landlord with these people for over 3 years. They claim to be very experienced but I later found out that one of the 'directors' had no training in managing properties, and it showed. She was far too busy signing up any tenant (DSS/without credit checks etc), presumably just so that she can get an income, resulting in my house being trashed several times. Nobody ever did promised check-outs and I was working away at the time and was not able to check personally but had paid for these, I assumed they did what I had paid for - wrong. Tenants weren't charged a penny for damages, I was even charged for their cleaning! They constantly deducted money from rent to go straight to them but failed to produce receipts for works carried out. I am now seeking legal advice over their lack of service.
