Dear Sir It is with regret that I am pulling my house off the market with yourselves.I have found that for the money that you are charging your company does not supply me with a professional service for the sale of my house. I have had to supply my own description of my house because you mixed my house up with another property in the road,when this was changed another error had not been amended in the text for which i had to ring up agin to amend.I also have never had a call returned to me as promised on many occasions because i am told out to lunch, not in, or not available.I have also requested a photo change of the front garden the other day i was told overnight.It never happened.
