Dover Gardening Services are your local gardeners; covering Dover, Folkestone and the surrounding areas. We offer regular Gardening Maintenance Services, one-off Garden Clearance Services and other gardening tasks such as Lawn Care Services and Lawn Mowing Services.

A Safer Garden For Children, Pets and Wildlife

We don't use harmful pesticides or herbicides, instead we use traditional gardening techniques to control pests and disease. If some extra help is needed, we only use organic feeds and organic sprays – we try hard to make your garden safe for humans, animals and the wider environment.

Garden Maintenance

With weekly or fortnightly visits, we can keep your garden in excellent shape. We use traditional gardening techniques and organic products.

All gardens are different, but some common tasks would be:
- Lawn Care Service – raking, aerating, applying topdressing and seeding bare patches
- Re-cut lawn edges
- Regular mowing keeping the lawn neat and weeds under control
- Trim hedges keeping them dense and compact
- Prune trees shrubs and roses to remove dead or damages wood
- Check for pests and diseases and appropriate action
- Pick up leaves

Garden Clearance

If your garden has grown out of control, we offer a Garden Clearance Service to crop it back to shape. We have a number of petrol driven tools, which will make short work of your overgrown garden (and we won't need to connect to your electric supply)

Each clearance project is different, but to give some common tasks would be:

- Strim any long, overgrown grass
- Rake up the cut grass
- Using a lawn mower, tidy up the cut grass
- Re-cut lawn edges, if they are looking untidy
- Prune any overgrown bushes, removing any diseased or dead wood
- Trim back overgrown hedges
- Clean greenhouse
