Awful & Rude!!!
I visited this parlour as its website looked very good and i live close by. I went in saying how upset i was that the last groomer had shaved my dog too short and i was growing it so was very precise with what i asked for and how i dnt like her being kept too long so can i bring her in when she will be done straight away, online the price for my size dog was from £20... I only wanted her legs & face trimmed. I picked her up 4 hours later!!! And she was shaved shorter than before and it cost me a whopping £35 (because she was clipped - even though i didnt want her to be)(she is a toy dog) i rang to speak to the manager and she was so rude to me and did not care. Definitely do not go there for your doggies haircut!!!
