Great customer service, top quality survey
We request Homebuyer's Reports 3 times from Campbell Clarke - each time we contacted them the level of customer service was brilliant and our surveys were top notch. I always received answers to email queries within a couple of hours of sending and surveys were scheduled within a week. Because Campbell Clarke is a small, family run business you always feel a personal touch when you contact them. Steve, our surveyor was always happy to answer any of our questions regarding the survey before and after it was completed. We're really happy that we went with a small local business instead of a big company, and I feel that we wouldn't have got such a good level of service if we did go with a big firm.
