Rude Staff
This shop has rude lazy staff who stand chatting while you are waiting to be served and if you dare to interrupt them your head is snapped off. Often running out of pastrys, sausage rolls etc at 11am. Youngest member of staff is surly and rude. Not a shop you want to use if you can help it.
