Opening in 2010 after being closed for 10 years, the Golden Fleece has been sympathetically restored and renovated to offer a relaxed drinking or dining experience. Recommended in the Michelin guide, AA guide, Good Beer guide and many more. The food is all prepared and cooked freshly using local meats, game and produce where possible. The wine list offers a varied selection of interesting wines from around the world, with 14 offered by the glass. Real ales come from a selection of both micro and larger breweries whilst a guest craft beer is also offered in addition to the 3 lagers, Guinness and Harry Sparrow cider.

Take the B1368 off of the A10 at Puckeridge. Follow the road for 1.2 miles into Green End (Part of Braughing). We are no the right hand side opposite the Braughing Sausage butchers.
