These people are thieves, I put my daughter's play-mat (6ft by 3ft) in a service wash and they didn't give it back to my husband on pick up. When he returned to collect the item they had missed out, they proceeded to call him a liar and told him they had no security cameras so there is no proof!!!!! Highly incompetent, extraordinarily rude and wholly unsatisfactory! We will never be returning to this terrible establishment ever again and would advise strongly that no-one ever take their possessions to this small business. Go to the one in sainsburys. At least they won't steal your property!
