Terrible service and ruined jacket
Had I been able to use minus figures for Lady Valet's service rating, I would have done. This company ruined an expensive leather jacket earlier this year and have repeatedly tried to fob me off and ignore my calls. The owner of Lady Valet refused to share the independent report on the testing of my jacket to confirm the cause of the damage but mysteriously agreed to pay up. Since then, I haven't received a penny and the owner keeps telling me the cheque is in the post. He is now dodging my calls again. Do not use this company. Their service and competency is abysmal.
