They gave me my rent money 3 weeks late. Never dealt with any issues or proplems. Just passed the buck to head office who are rubbish and just dont care about there customers. Beware!!!

Beware of the small print and marketing gloss
I have lost money with these guys as the free rental protection insurance is useless as most rental agreements last a year and if the tenant defaults within 6 months the insurance will not renew....BEWARE ( Has happened to me with both my properties). The management centre and the local offices do not communicate with each other what faith can a third party such as a landlord have if this is the case...once my tenant left no one bothered to visit the flat despite a full management service and the tenancy ending 10 days prior...I visited the flat by chance to find the windows all open the fridge full of rotting food and rubbish strewn across the floor. The local office is PURELY a marketing operation and not interested in customer care in Hemel Hempstead.
