NEVER AGAIN

I'm really sorry to report that I have never been so upset over a haircut as much as the one I received at Rapunzel. I took advantage of using a cheap Groupon offer as I didn't want a re-style, but just a basic trim. When I turned up at the salon it was so quiet, just one hairdresser. I was beginning to have my doubts at that point as I have never been to a hairdressers before with no other customer or hairdresser around! The hairdresser seemed really nice though and so I felt confident all would be ok. Sadly not! She completely hacked my beautiful thick long hair into whispery layers. I had literally asked for only a few inches to be taken off! She didnt even finish off the haircut with straighteners, just a week blow dry instead. So the bargain 19 quid haircut cost me dearly in the end :-(.
