will never go again

I have been a local customer of Fio's food centre for two years, and open go in 2 times a day to buy vegetables, fresh meat and bread. When I bought a box of strawberries I found that under the top layer they were all brown and rotting. I took them back and was given another box. This box also contained rotting strawberries and all of them had an about to go off taste. After spending all afternoon baking a tarte aux fraises, I did not want to put these on too and spoil it. When I went in again to ask for refund I was immediately met with anger and abuse. I was informed that I would not being getting my money back whilst the man at the till crushed the strawberries in his hands in front of me. A fellow customer was so appalled at the treatment I was receiving that she left the shop disgust. I left the shop with no strawberries and no refund. For the want of a £1.70 refund Fio's has lost loyal customer.
