Siva Service
I was visiting the Wrst Sussex area for the weekend in Kune & booked a reflexology session (using a Groupon coupon) and also a sports massage. The reflexology session was sensitively done, results illuminating and the therapist, Georgy, thorough and friendly. The sports massage By Uli was the best I have ever had. I have severe problems with my neck, back and in particular my left leg following surgery to my knee a couple of years ago. My upper leg was zinging for the next couple of weeks as the massage effectively worked on my distorted muscles and ligaments. I wish I lived closer than 120 miles away, but have no doubt , next time I visit West Sussex I will be paying Siva a visit. Siva offers a friendly and professional service for a very reasonable fee. What a great place!!!
I have been playing rugby from the age of 14; I'm a fit young man, who has been a client of the Siva relaxation centre for 6 years. Who have helped me over come sports related injures, due to my life style this is a great place.The quality of service is by far the best in the area, professionalism of the therapists is excellent. Always ready to help with any related problem to your treatment. All the people I have recommended are extremely happy with the treatment and need a place away from home or work to relax and have cost effective massage or other treatment (i.e.) reflex etc. this is were they go.I' am extremely happy with every thing Siva have helped with, I even had a back problem that was killing me, after seeking help at the centre they told me to see a chiropractor. So I did.At the centre!! Click pop and I'm fixed. Yes I have to go back now and again to see the chiropractor but that's because I keep undoing the good work. Come to think of it the chiropractor thinks it would be a good idea to slow down on my sports, (“yhea rightâ€) or see a physiotherapist and they have one!! See what I mean Siva relaxation is not just for taking it easy but to have some one repair you. HOW COOL IS THAT!! DON'T BELIEVE ME? TRY IT OUT.

Being a wife,mother and working mum,time is very precious for me,so when i do get a little me time,the place i like to go is Siva Relaxation Centre.I take a couple of hours once a month to go and relax in the spa and saunas and have a gorgeous relaxing massage,then after take my book and chill out in the relaxation area while listening to soft music and having a coffee.The staff annd facilities offer excellent service and where i have been going there regularly,am known by my christian name and am treated very well and with great respect,all this is for just £20 a month,but its not just great value,the time it gives for myself is just priceless-thank you Siva

Having read the review, I felt as a company we should respond as all the comments made are totally apposed to the ususal feed back we get from our many hundreds of happy customers. Both my manager and myself recall this girl and her mother. Having heard that someone was in tears in my centre I rushed over to find two irrationally angry customers. Both having made full use of the spas and having had their full treatments, they then demanded a full refund,(having only paid £20 each on a promotion),. saying that the techniques used were not professional.I refused a refund but offered a complementary spa pass as a treatment had been substituted due a therapist being ill and I dont like anyone leaving my centre unhappy. I have been a qualified practicing therapist/trainer for twenty two years, the therapist in question for six. The girl making the statement was approx 17-18 years old and a newly qualified beauty therapist. We always do all we can to ensure that the many hundreds of regular customers we have recieve the best quality treatment at a low price. complaints will always happen,therapists fall ill, misunderstandings and bad days happen to us all, we deal with these problems as best we can. I would hate this one review to stop readers coming to us and enjoying a relaxing day. all I can say is judge us for yourself. SIVA

poor service
I arrived at Siva with my mum as a surprise for her. i wanted to treat her and myself. But was terribly disapointed with the therapists and the centre. I am a therpaist myself and wanted a relaxing aftenoon. After booking for a full body massage and reflex I found myself having a facial instead. Ok I thought not what I wanted but still relaxing....not. It was the worst facial I have ever had, using cheap products and poor techniques. I wouldn't recommend this place. Me and my mum left very disapointed.
