First Class Jewellers
I've used Roux Jewellers 3-4 times for repairs and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are honest, knowledgeable and always give you good advice. I'm hoping to use it for my next purchase. Try them - you wont be disappointed.

Best jewellers in Southampton
I buy all my jewellery from Roux, and even buy gifts for others from there too. They offer gorgeous jewellery, at great prices, and will do everything they can to find you the perfect item - even helping you design the piece and then making it for you. Don't bother going anywhere else, go straight to Roux!!

Excellent customer service
The people at Roux cannot do enough for you, really, and they are so knowledgeable and friendly. I don't even live in Southampton but I purchase items there and won't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Puzzle solved!!
Being an idiot, I took off and dropped a puzzle ring and it immediately fell into 4 pieces. After some hours of following instructions off the Internet about how to re-assemble it, I gave up and in desperation rang Roux to see if they could help. And they DID!! Even though I had not bought the ring there, Paul at Roux re-assembled it faster than you could say "I'm an idiot" and with NO CHARGE. First class service of the type you don't see much these days. Go and buy something there!!
