The food was of acceptable standard, though the rice was cold. The customer service however was rushed and I did not feel valued as a customer. I shall not be returning.

I recently visited Pearl Harbour for some lunch with a friend. We had dimsum and it was excellent. The service was fast and efficient also. The only negative aspect was the interior, which hasn't changed for over twenty years, but I don't go there for the design lol.

I've now been to the Pearl Harbour a couple of times and have to say that it continues to exemplify the typical good service that can be found in most Chinese restaurants that I have been to. We had one of the set menus for five of us and there was too much after the starters and the duck course. However they were more than happy to take away everything we had left and box it up in takeaway boxes for us to take home for lunches the next day so we didn't waste any money and didn't waste the food. We didn't even have to ask for this, they asked us!

Went there last night with family. Had it been just my wife and I, I would of left straight away. I have eaten a chinese on 4 continents in some remote places but i can honestly say this was the dirtiest chinese restaurant i have been to.Arrived at 6pm, the front of house staff's shirts and jackets were caked in grime, not only todays grime by the looks of it.The food heaters had dried food all down the sides, ground in food on chairs and in carpet, truely ghastly. To the food, portion sizes large, food taste really good, a shame about the cleanliness.

Fabulous food, reasonable prices and very friendly attentive staff. The taste of all the dishes was exquisite.
