Friendly staff and good service
This hotel gets very busy due to its proximity to the cruise terminals and is popular with those coming from further afield to stay the night before. However don't let this put you off using this hotel as the staff are experienced at being busy and will try their best to help you with any problems. I stayed in one of the suites on the top floor with lovely views over the city and I thought the room was excellent. Clean, tidy and with a toiletry basket in the bathroom. Staff are polite and helpful and there is a full english buffet breakfast in the morning. I even asked for kippers as they don't do them as standard and they appeared freshly cooked five minutes later!
