A pretty little country pub
This is a pretty little pub adorned with hanging baskets most of the time and if the weather is good there is a lovely decked area to enjoy the sunshine. I took my mother n law for lunch on two occasions recently as they have a fabulous lunch for £5 offer at the moment, so we indulged. I had the cajun wrap on one occasion and the haddock fishcake on the other. Both were excellent. Beautifully presented and very tasty, exceptional value. As you can imagine this is a very popular place for lunch at the moment so booking is probably recommended although we didn't on either occasion and sbsequently had to wait for quite a while to be seated the second time as the weather wasn't good so outside was not being utilised. Wholeheartedly recommend.
