Very friendly and professional
From the initial phone call to the completion of sale, ELG were always friendly and very professional. I was very impressed with how approachable they seemed, and whenever I had a question they were there to talk through things in detail. Explanations were excellent too. I don't like to pay the cheapest price for services and with ELG you certainly get what you pay for - I think it's a (relative) bargain. I would certainly use ELG again without hesitation. If you're buying or selling, give them a call. I expect they'd be happy to offer advice even if you didn't buy a survey.
