Our boiler broke and we were without hot water, Roy spent over an hour diagnosing the problem, ordered the part and came back to us really quickly even though I know he was very busy. On the day that he came to do the work he found that the problem could be solved without using the part he had ordered. He not only fixed and serviced the boiler but also reduced the price. Roy is an absolute star who really cares, he really goes above and beyond. I can see why he is so busy!!! It will be a sad day when he retires!!!

roy burch put our heating in and services it every year, he was recomended by my father who worked with him years ago in british gas (he was Roy's apprentice!) there's nothing this he doesnt know about gas heating but he is so popular you have to wait for him (but its worth it)

Roy Burch was recommended, he is always busy but is worth waiting for as he can always sort out a problem (unlike BG!). Works in the Andover area, he put in heating for my neighbour & she is delighted as it was much cheaper and much better than BG. Get him if you can!
