Never again! Awful quality, awful service.
My daughter bought a £34 'silver' ring from Silvermine. The ring is very poor quality silver and turned her finger green. We were refused a refund and offered a credit note. This is not aceptable as my daughter is allergic to metals and can only wear real silver or gold. I will now have to go through trading standards for a refund which is time consuming. The assistants admitted they have had other complaints about rings that turn your finger green and that they give the rings a polish and send people away. The staff would not acknowledge the sale of goods act. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
