Total waste of space
Totally disgusted at the service that this Vet practice gives or doesn’t give I should say after making a call out of hours for a Vet To attend my fathers dog who had a suspected stroke at home I was told that they wouldn’t come and to attend when the surgery opened After stating I wasn’t happy with that I was told to take him there for 8:30 am where a vet would meet me upon arrival at the exact time the only person in the building was a young girl who was there just to answer the phone she did not acknowledge arrival at all after waiting a few minutes I questioned was my father’s dog going to be seen to us by this time he was getting distressed To which her reply was I know nothing about it I’m not a vet I then proceeded to ring the vet that should have met me there to be told that she was on her way when she did eventually arrive her whole attitude towards the situation was totally unacceptable I would never Use this veterinary practice again they show no concern or passion for what they do

bad people bad place
they are rude , they are disrespectful , they don't care about the animals and sharna o'neil treats her auntys pets for free while we have to pay , how is that fair !!
