good value, but rubbish service
my partner and i went to the clocktower on bank holiday mon in the evening, they were very short staffed. i ordered a lasagne when it came out it was only luke warm. i didnt realise till i had added my chips on the plate(which they had charged me extra for) and tipped my lasagne onto the plate. i had to ask someone at the bar whether they could warm it up. he took it through to the kitchen and when it came back out my garlic bread and my chips had gone!i reported this to the manager but nothing was done about it! i felt so dissapointed with my meal it really ruined our evening. i think it is very good value for your meals as it is 2 for 1 but other recent months i think that the service has gone very down hill.
