FABULOUS FOOD FABULOUS SERVICE
This is a family run venture but a truly professional one. Gus cooks with such skill and lightness of touch that he has a well deserved Michelin star. Kate, his wife, runs front of house in a way that makes all the diners feel that they are welcome not just for their custom but for their presence. I have eaten here on many occasions: Sunday lunches, business lunches, Mother's day treats, Boxing Day and have never been disappointed. I took my husband for a special birthday meal and ordered the 'gourmet menu' as a surprise. This involved 10 courses cooked with precision, flair and judgement. It was expensive but well worth the money. If you are in the area, make a point to go there. If you are not, make the effort. You will not be disappointed.
