West Drylining and Facades work with construction industry leaders and particularly enjoy working on larger integrated façade systems and niche complex refurbishments. We have long standing relationships with many Main contractors and clients and the majority of our work is through recommendation and repeat referral.

Approved installers of Metsec and other alternative SFS manufacturers and have undertaken design and constructed standalone structures with incorporated windposts, parapet upstands, composite beams, SFS infill facades on all aspects of construction including education, industrial, retail and commercial projects across London and the South-East.

West Drylining and facades undertake large scale wet plastering projects and are an approved applicator of machine applied one coat BG and Knauf plaster systems.

We promote externally insulated render systems to upgrade the thermal resistance of existing buildings and also same on new SFS projects as required by clients.

We value engineer screeding, Drylining and SFS systems and offer design consultation services as required by clients and contractors.

West drylining and facades Ltd also carry out the full range of ceiling systems, including Microlook, perforated acoustic casoline plasterboard ceilings, secret fix metal grid ceilings, acoustic/ fire protection works within ceiling voids incorporating SAS, Armstrong, Ecophon and Rockfon.

Traditional plastering services are availabl and we have recently completed a 16th Century grade 1 listed building refurbishment using traditional plastering methods, split lath and haired lime plaster.

Currently a member of Contructionline and will soon have CHAS accreditation.

West Drylining and Facades Ltd take on trainees and work closely with local colleges to help young enthusiastic tradespeople become trained and gain the right experience with the correct tuition.

All our operatives are CSCS trained and all our site supervisors hold SSSTS and are PASMA trained, asbestos aware and regularly attend training courses specifically tailored to current projects to ensure that works are carried out in a safe and professional manner.
