Demand extra cash from clients on collecting ski
The company has no customer service when I told them the driver asked for extra £30 when he came to collect skip. They said it's my fault for paying it

Appalling!
Appalling! Driver damaged my vehicle whilst removing skip even though I offered to move it. Company refused to acknowledge event had taken place and put the telephone down on me.
