Can't put into words how wonderful CHARLES & HIS ANGELS (nurses) are,they all have such a passion and caring nature for animals and they're always compassionate towards us pet owners.

Cant beat what the other lady has written! I used to work there and all staff have a genuine care for the animals (and owners) that they come into contact with....brilliant

May I say I have always been pleased with the service I have received from your practice. But I particularly want to commend you on your support through the difficult time with regard to the care of the above-named cat. I would particularly like to mention Charles who has been very sympathetic and understanding with regard to my feelings. He obviously has a genuine love for the animals he cares for.
