Verbally abusive, rude cashier, dirty shop

Extremely unpleasant experience on the 1-11-2021. The lady cashier that works there is very rude. I came there because I was told by UPS to go tere to collect my parcel. One's I got there,the way the lady was screaming at me was extraordinary. This lady was screaming at me in front of other customers for coming to collect my parcel too late (really? Did I know it's too late? I was told by UPS to collect it so that's what was doing). While she was screaming, I noticed that her son cut his finger and was bleeding so l added dressing to his finger and she even didn't say thank you, instead she was screaming all the time.She told me to remove my backpack, then she said she will call the police and then she took my picture on her phone without my consent! This was a textbook verbal abuse example and totally unprofessional behavior & this kind of behaviour should not be displayed by any shop cashier with customers. This is worst behaviour I've ever seen from any cashiers or store assistants
