Avoid if don't want to regret
The most unprofessional person, I ever met. You hire him as your negotiator and once the process starts, you slowly realize that he's behaving like your counterpart. Have no basis and reason to inflate his own initial valuation of property & happy to admit that he can't even stand a chance to justify his valuation in front of barrister. Finally I ended up paying 30% more than what I have been told by this guy. That's why I say, better to have an intelligent enemy as compare to stupid friend like these... Just AVOID "The Rona Partership" & hire someone SMART and honest.
