Not good customer service!
RDC have a fantastic range of clothes however they dont understand the concept of customer service. My friend went with RDC because she thought by speaking directly with the designer, this would make the whole process stress free. Rashid was very promising and assured my friend that RDC are very professional and pride upon such a great market image. In May the order was placed for the selected peice and the changes were noted and Rashid promised the final piece for mid July. It is now the end of August and my friend is highly dissapointed. The colours are wrong, the original design has been changed and the fitting has been rushed. She was advised that Rashid is out of town and the staff were very unhelpful. My friend now needs to have her top re-done, the skirt altered and there has been delays for her trials. RDC maybe be great for the magazines but they have a different intake to delivering their promises made to customers.

Loved my dress!
I first got my nikkah lenga in May of 2011, and it was such a beautiful piece, and they sewed on the sleeves for me and made it look even prettier. Then in February of 2012 I bought my second lengha for my rukhsati on order they promised for it to be ready by june 1st and it was delivered in time to Canada for my wedding. They ensured everything was made to measure and fit perfectly. My dress looked amazing and was like no other. People are still talking about my lenga to this day. Thanks RDC for being easy to work with, and easy to contact eventhough I live in Canada and they are based in London, England.

Nice stuff but shame they don't understand 'made to measure'
I ordered an outfit that was sent away to be made to my own measurements, however what I got back was a totally different colour and look to the original item. After waiting around they eventually agreed to remake it...conveniently the second time around the original outfit wasnt available and the second time was slightly better than the original attempt! Due to the timing I had no choice but keep the outfit. I am happy to pay the price for quality, unique outfits...but I do expect to get what I pay for and I have to say RDC really struggle with this. The staff are fairly clueless and quite often rude, I was amazed that considering the circumstances and several trips to Ilford they were unwilling to budge on price and instead proceeded to inform me that they had already incurred costs for the first outfit they had made incorrectly!! Not a bad place if more of a bargain basement/middle of the road type shop, definately would not describe it as high end in any way. They are unreliable and what you pay for is definately not what you get, would only recommend to anyone if they want to buy pieces they have in the shop, but even then there is better out there for much more reasonable prices.

Happy customer
I placed an order on a bridal outfit i saw at the London Asiana show for my wedding and walima.... Its here :) I went and collected it on Friday, it came a month earlier and better than what i expected so those that want to listen to people crap negative comments then don't.. Everyone has their own experience depending on how they behave as a customer. I defo will reommend RDC to everyone. They provide a good service which makes you want to come back.

Buyer Beware: they delete negative reviews esp. ones with pictures of their work!
If anyone wants to know what kind of quality you get from this 'designer', see the picture of the gown they sent me. They still maintain it's exactly the same, but have gone through great lengths to not be publicized with this pic bc they must be ashamed of how crappy it looks. Good service, good designs
Firstly i need to say all these people here who want to make negative comments need to go elsewhere and get a life!!! Maybe you need to look at the way you behave as a customer before you start bad mouthing!!! I've been shopping from RDC since i moved to East London which has been a very long time!! I always go there, by all means i do have a look around but i always end up buying from there.. Why is that??? because of the service i receive and their outfits are just the best with the best unique designs!!!! I go to both of their shops, my mother in law buys mostly her fabric from there and i made my ready to wear garms.. i recommend RDC to everyone, theres a few haters out there that like to make a shopping a bad experience by their negative comments! they say never judge a book by its cover!! never judge a shop by its comments.. my sister in law is getting married, she placed her order with the bridal team in Jan and her due date was Mid april, that all arrived way before her due date all perfect!!!! People with negative comments need to be banned! funny enough no1 opens their gob there and then!!!!

RDC have the most beautiful bridal lengtha's
After looking everywhere for my bridal lengtha, I found 'the one' at RDC's catwalk show which was a part of the Bridal show at Alexandra Palace. The lengtha's are made with love and with careful attention to every detail. They use quality materials and even though I danced all night, not a single thread or stone was out of place at the end of the wedding. The photos look great as the lengtha was beautiful. RDC are expensive however you get what you pay for. To anyone considering going there, you won't be disappointed only regretful you didn't go there first. The customer service is good and they kept me updated on timings. Thank you RDC - you're clothes really are the best!

Good service
I was there myself yesterday when this argument happened, before I start maybe others need to look at their own comments before doing a review! It's not easy having a business, I know myself. Infact I was the next customer at the till being served and also saw what happened! Nor was anyone rude Infact out of goodwill regardless the top smelt of being worn RDC changed the top but still the customer was having her say... Every business has a situation, if a shop feels they don't want a customer to come then they can do so! I have been going To RDC for many years and never have I experienced bad service! All their staff is very helpful!

Always my first choice for a new outfit
I have been shopping with RDC for over 7 years now and whenever I am in need of a new outfit they are always my first choice. They never fail to impress with a unique design or something tailor made. I have always found that the quality of material and embroidery is a cut above the rest. I have built a strong relationship with majority of the staff and they are accommodating to all your needs. Would definitely recommend RDC to others.

Worth It
The designs and colours used for the RDC clothes are amazing. They catch your eye from far that you have to go in and have a look. Its all worth the price you pay for the outfits as they are good quality and different.

Unique designs
I always shop around before buying an outfit, but always end up going to RDC as they have the best designs... Their outfits are unique and different. People usually say they are a bit pricey but i don't think they are because their quality and uniqueness speaks for the price. All their staff is very helpful they don't attack you as soon as you come into the shop and the daughter is lovely!

i always had one complain that i couldnt find a proper in fashion outfit in london, where i used to live but from brighton i went to rdc because i knew i can find right outfit they always have latest fashion cloths and staff is good they help.x

Men's collection
I'v got to congratulate RDC for my wedding outfit i placed on order. I came into RDC during the end of March. Made a few changes on the outfit i.e colour, size. I was a bit worried on how the oufit would turn out to be because i changed the colour. I was so happy when my order arrived. i was told it would take 6 weeks, infact it came within 4 weeks which gave me a chance to see if the fitting was fine. It was PERFECT... i recommend RDC to every male out there who wants a classy wedding outfit. I'v been to a few shops down greenstreet but there service and designs are nowhere near RDC.

RDC LONDON IS THE BEST
I came into RDC in Jan 2010 for my bridal outfit, i was so confused about what design and colour to choose, but the whole team of RDC was so helpful in helping me choose the right colour. They made my wedding a memorable wedding which i will never forget. They have got excellent service. The designer Rashid Malik is very innovative with his team. I recommend if you want to make your wedding a memorable day and look stunning then RDC is the right choice.

Unique
I have to say whenever i walk in to rdc i always end up buying an outfit, they have great colours and wonderful design I recommed for others to shop their a little expensive, but it's all worth it. Thank you

outfits
i would say the outfits are a bit pricy but they do have beutiful and unique outfits,most of my outfits are from their i am a regular customer and i do love the customer service the owners son is very helpful and i would defantly recommend for others to shop thier.

ranis designer collection is heavy although their clothes are a bit expensive, but have good quality with good designs thank you .
