Private Sector Leasing encourages the use of empty properties to provide temporary accommodation for people who might otherwise become homeless. We have over 10 years experience in running the scheme.

Where do we operate?
We take on properties in the London Borough of Redbridge, Waltham Forest, Tower Hamlets & Newham and are looking for more properties to lease in these local authority areas.

The Benefits of Private Sector Leasing:

Owners can lease an empty property for a rolling three-year lease, and the PSL team will manage the property on their behalf.
The scheme is open to all owners, including those who are living or wanting to live abroad.
We will review a potential resident's suitability before a nomination by the local authority is accepted.
Fixed Guaranteed Rent during term of Lease
You can have the peace of mind that you will receive your rent from us for the entire period of the lease. You will not have to worry about tenants falling into arrears with their rent, or for periods where the property is unoccupied, we pay you regardless of the situation. Owners will receive a monthly rent, whether the property is let or not, with no deductions made for management fees or residents rent arrears.
No Management Fees
When we take on a property we provide a full management service, we deal directly with the tenants so you don't have to, and we don't charge anything for the service.
We will carry out routine repairs and maintenance on your behalf, in accordance with the lease terms.
Owners will have the security of knowing that your property is being managed by experienced, trained staff.
There are absolutely NO charges to the landlord in respect of fees.
