wouldnt order in my medicine

I contacted rerhan from fairlop pharmacy. I had a a months worth of medicine. 1 of which is class a the same as morphine ect. Mine was a sugar free form. And I was told by my doctor I can go in any pharmacy that stocks the medication and they can call my doc and confirm that I am to collect this said amount. For this Said reason I was refused ! Because they didn't have sugar free type they would not order it in either because I was not a patient of there's !!!!! My doctor I'm am her patient. Not the pharmacy. If every pharmacy was to do this wat would I not b able to pick up my medicine. Which I needed in a months amount so I could look after my sister who has had a stroke. Has learning difficulties and is now in a wheelchair. And i had come from Burnham in crouch to Hainault to look after her. But seems the chemist is higher than a doctor. Not impressed. And another chemist local has had no problem ordering it in. They spoke with the doctor. And all was fine. I will b following it up and making official complaint. As I do not think had my doctor been talking he would of been able to say wat was said!
