Unless u had to choose between homelessness/prison and Passmore i would avoid at all costs. Appalling hygiene, expect filthy bathrooms, pubic hairs..the lot ,recent bed bugs outbreak and inconsistency from staff. Expect different answers depending on who you speak to and to wait up to 20 days to have a written complaint investigated. If you dont believe me just check CQC reports.
