Awful!!

I've given one star rating, only because Thats the least I could give. We had our family bathroom installed and our downstairs loo and shower installed by MDS and I regret every penny!!! We paid over £3000 just for installation. We saved our pennies and had waited to install our dream bathrooms with spa whirlpool bath and rainfall shower costing us over £6000. Then on top of that we had Italian tiles laid too. MDS ruined the wall tiles, the bath, the loo, and the shower! We are furious and upset. Even during installation, the leading guy, Mick, said we need a new boiler (false) and the bathrooms we had purchased he could've got cheaper "from his contacts". They used lots of silicone to hold things in place that weren't aligned properly, they made mistakes and gave us very poor advice! They even left us without a loo for 48hours with 3 kids!! We wish we could turn back time, perhaps then we wouldn't still be trying to rectify a shower cubicle that leaks water and a bath that leaked through the floor to the hallway downstairs!!
