rude, refused to check if he had the correct battery for my watch in stock before taking my money, and accused me of trying to get the battery number so I can order it online. Then he didn't know how to set the time on a Tissot! For real! He fit a wrong battery using MASKING TAPE! On "Very politely" asking about the work afterward, he claims fitting right batteries isn't his responsibility, and gave me an ear full of abuse and told me to "jog on". is known for ripping people off, can charge an "insurance fee" for valuing, dispite having liability insurance. (to ensure you accept his low end offer) and will accuse you of intentionally breaking his shoddily made stock if it ever comes back to him damaged. someone should report him to watchdog. Take your jewelery to anyone else in harlow, as they are all normally very good, and certainly more professional.
