Rude woman
I’ve never done a review in my life but this Indian woman is so rude, patronising and extremely annoying- had a parcel sent there but refused to give it to me as they couldn’t scan it in (inept store Lee).. I had iD and it was a medical parcel for my 90 year old father- they said to try again later but I couldn’t get there and they sent it back to depot rather than solve the issue- on returning she told me it’s not her problem and I have to deal with it myself as it’s gone - she didn’t care at all and started chatting to an Indian lady next to me in her language and ask me to leave - I live 100ft from the shop and always hated it when she is serving as the main owner is fanatics- many neighbours have told me she is so awful they go to the other shop just up Clarence Road - never going there again

Bad Customer Service
I have been many times to the shop and no issues so far until today. For the following reason, I am putting a bad review. The lady at the till was quite rude when I refused to hand in my ID. I just hold it as close as possible to her, so she can see my identity. Due to full isolation at home, I won't give anyone to touch my things. She gets offended and told me that next time she won't give me the parcel because of my bad behaviour.
