ABOUT US:
The Kitchen and Dinnerware Store is a family run business located within the High Street on West Mersea Island near Colchester Essex.The company began trading in February 2002 at Barfield Rd, West Mersea.Within one year larger business premises where needed so we moved to High Street West Mersea Essex. Here we have greatly increased our product range and our customer base. Whilst keeping our present location and our friendly and helpful team of staff we have decided that a selling website is the next best direction to take the shop giving customers both local and further afield the opportunity of reliable home shopping.

Deliveries

DELIVERIES:
All delivery information applies to mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. For orders with alternative delivery addresses, we will contact you via email with a separate quote for shipping costs. Products are normally available from stock and are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If your order goes out-of-stock while we're processing it, we will contact you as soon as we receive the order with a revised delivery date and the option to cancel or change the order. Standard delivery costs £4.95 per package for orders up to £100.00 in value. Above this value, delivery is free.
Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses normally takes 3 working days from dispatch of your order by kads, but please allow up to 7 working days. Delivery is made via 2nd Class mail or independent carriers such as Parcel force. A signature may be required on delivery of the package.If products are returned by purchaser unused to the address below in original packaging and condition within 30 days after delivery to purchaser, we will refund the purchase price [proof of purchase is required] provided we are notified by purchaser within 7 days of delivery to purchaser that the puchaser wishes to cancel the order.
