Friendly service; nice enough food but at a cost!
Visited Barda on 14th July 2007 and had a pleasant experience overall but wouldn't rush back there because of the cost. The service was friendly and efficient but the food overpriced for what it was. On the plus side, the pork loin was excellently cooked; the home-made bread was delicious and the spring onion mash also. However, my husband felt that the duck was very fatty and undercooked and the sweet potato puree was almost inedibly salty. We also felt that the amount of veg included in the main dishes was mean and didn't reflect the high price charged.
