Awful
We have spent 8 months chasing this company for a set of plans for a simple project. They asked for payments up front, but the work never followed the payment, only well after, sometimes months when we complained. They are not willing to refund us in full as we have now missed our deadline to obtain quotes. The council have rejected our plans twice due to inconsistencies and we have spent many hours chasing up the 3rd parties this company say they are doing work with - they removed my review from their Google page - hence I am posting on here instead! And still no plans.....!
