Established in 1994, we now have over 20 years of teaching behind us and are still going strong. Our founder Moira Brock had a dream to open up the world of music and dance to all young people, including those with physical problems, sensory impairments or learning difficulties. We are extremely proud to be the first school of our kind in the area to welcome children with special needs.Our drama classes are hugely popular with our students, we welcome all abilities, so join in the fun! We run three drama classes - beginner, intermediate and advanced. A warm welcome always awaits you at La Danse Fantastique, you'll find fun, theatre and friends!Take centre stage and enjoy the limelight with the musical theatre and singing class available from La Danse Fantastique. All abilities are welcome, and our experienced coaches ensure everyone gets the most out of each class. Singing and theatre classes are a fun and exciting way to learn something new, or build on previous experience gained; you'll even make new friends along the way! We even offer private classes for any students keen to experience one on one, individually focused coaching.At La Danse Fantastique, we are licensed to teach Melody Bear, an engaging and exciting early learning dance syllabus for preschool children. Melody Bear classes are open to children from the age of two and half years old right up until they begin school. At the age of 4 we begin to assess the children and they are then able to join our pre-primary ballet class. We understand every pupil is different and will progress at various rates, so we provide individual encouragement for all.
