Would just like to say a big thank you for the care and concern you showed us and our lovely Staffie Gus last Saturday. Sadly, Gus was very poorly but the horrible decision we had to make to have him put to sleep, was made so much easier by your wonderful vet Iris. She showed us so much compassion and completely understood what we were going through, and explained everything to us to put us at ease at such a sad time. From the lovely staff on reception to Iris, we would like to thank you so much, for the help and professionalism that you gave us and Gus, he nearly made sixteen bless him, and was loved very much. Thanks again, we would recommend you all highly.
